Description of Services

Industrious Horizon Sdn. Bhd. engaged in providing the following services:-

  1. Design & Consultancy Services
    a) Detailed design from conceptual information calculations and drawing of flow diagrams.
    b) Itemizing of equipment's and process, utilities and services.
    c) Specifications of main unit process equipment's and supporting anilary modules.
    d) B.Q. of plant and cost estimations.
    e) Work schedule and co-ordination of progressive construction and istallation and unit commisioning.
  2. Fabrication, Construction & Installation Services
    a) Site mobilisation and preparation of supporting services.
    b) Scheduling of work flow and placement of supplies.
    c) Procurement of raw materials and finish equipment's
    d) Fabrication and construction of Plant / housing for equipment.
    e) Testing and trial run of individual services and unit operations.
    f) Certification and approval from relevant authrities.
  3. Project Management Services.
    a) Feasibility review, authentication of design plan and parameters to projected end result.
    b) Financial study, comparison of cost effect factor to design specifications.
    c) Specification and detail costing of unit operation and complete plant built-ip.
    d) Contingency study and proposal to changes of and cost escalation of material and other cretical factory     e.g. labour cost.
  4. Trading & Supply Services
    a) Trading of valves, Regulators, Meters and filters.
    b)Metering instruments and PLC systems.
